I'm looking to get a new scanner for the new compy, as my old one is pretty much fucked.  It's been pretty bad for a while, but at this point I've had enough of it.  My problem is, I haven't gotten a scanner in years.  If anyone has any reccomendations for a decent flatbed scanner under 70 bucks, I'd love to hear it.  I'm looking at a Canon and an Epson right now, but I don't know what the name to trust in scanning is.  I used to have a Canon, and it lasted me a few years, but when it died it died impressively.

Sadly, having moved into a new apartment, and working my butt off most of the week (combined with my computer being in an awkward location of said apartment and as such, mostly unused, with me using :iconkujkaudm:'s lappy), and spending most of my free time painting warmachine minis to try and tear through the huge backlog I have (I have models unpainted I've bought two years ago now), it leaves me little time to CG anymore. I'm still around, just not nearly as much as I used to be. Hopefully soon that will change. I'm hoping to move my computer to give myself a better workspace, so maybe I can get my digital work going again. I have a few fun ideas I've wanted to do. :)

Thanks for the concern, though. Means a lot to me. ^^ Still around, just a wage slave and being the only one here with two X chromosomes gets me saddled with too many chores, lol.
